About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to drive the development of Shipra's financial intelligence platform. As a Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for features that directly impact how professional investors analyze markets, manage portfolios, and make investment decisions. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and complex financial workflows to build products that outperform Bloomberg and other legacy platforms.
What You Will Do:
Define and execute product strategy for core financial intelligence features including portfolio analytics, risk management, and market research tools
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI-powered investment analysis capabilities
Conduct user research with portfolio managers, analysts, and individual investors to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts
Analyze competitor offerings from Bloomberg, FactSet, and emerging fintech platforms to identify differentiation opportunities
Create detailed product requirements and user stories that translate complex financial workflows into intuitive software experiences
Partner with go-to-market teams to launch new features and drive user adoption among target customer segments
Use data analytics to measure product performance, user engagement, and business impact of new feature releases
Manage product backlogs and prioritize development efforts based on customer feedback, market opportunities, and technical constraints
About You:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS platforms
Deep understanding of investment workflows, portfolio management, and financial analysis tools
Experience working with complex data products and AI/ML-powered features
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and performance metrics into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA charter preferred
Proven track record of launching successful products that achieved significant user adoption and revenue growth
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools

Previous experience at financial technology companies or working with institutional investors
Background in quantitative finance, trading, or investment management
Familiarity with financial data providers like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet
Experience building AI-powered products or working closely with machine learning teams
Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services and investment management
Track record of competing successfully against established enterprise software vendors
Experience with API product strategy and developer ecosystem development
